I'm a visiting assistant professor at Colgate University.  The last three years I was at Smith College, and before that I was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Missouri.  My primary research interest is the representation theory of finite-dimensional algebras, mainly group algebras and poset algebras.  Recently, I've become particularly interested in using representation theory to study persistent homology.

I got my PhD at the University of Iowa under the direction of Frauke Bleher, and my postdoctoral mentor was Calin Chindris.
